Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of melted vegan butter
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup of white monk fruit sweetener
- 1 flax egg
- 1/2 tsp vanillla
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 2 tbs of cacao
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 180g of chopped @wellnaturallyau raspberry or dark chocolate
Method
- Mix the butter and sugars together first, then add in your flax egg and vanilla
- Add in all your dry ingredients and mix well, then fold in your chocolate chunks
- Use an ice cream scoop and scoop big spoons onto a baking tray (they will spread)
- Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden
