Chia-Pudding---Strawberry-Shortcake

Chia Puddings

With each recipe, simply place all ingredients in a blender, and whiz until combined. Scoop the mixture into jars and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours, until set. This recipe is made with Well Naturally Protein Bars.

Each recipe makes two puddings.

 

Ingredients

PEANUT BUTTER CUP
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
(or your favourite nut butter/tahini)
1 Well Naturally High Protein Mini Bar, Choc Fudge – cut into small pieces
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 cup coconut or almond milk

 

CHOC-BERRY
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries/raspberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 Well Naturally High Protein Mini Bar, Choc Fudge – cut into small pieces
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 drop liquid stevia

 

BANANA-BERRY
1 frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp psyllium husk
½ cup frozen berries
1 Well Naturally High Protein Mini Bar French Vanilla – cut into small pieces
Cinnamon to taste

 

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
¾ cup strawberries
1 Well Naturally High Protein Mini Bar, French Vanilla – cut into small pieces
3 heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp each of psyllium husk, cashew nut butter and desiccated coconut
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp of Natvia stevia sweetener – optional
