Hazelnut Chocolate Delight

Serves 15


  • 2 cups dry roasted hazelnuts (skins removed)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 200g Well Naturally Rich Dark Chocolate and 90g  Well Naturally Creamy Milk Chocolate, melted together
  • 2-3 drops of liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon Natvia icing mixture, to your desired sweetness


1. Place nuts in food processor and process for 2-3 minutes, until you get a creamy consistency
2. Slowly pour in melted chocolate and coconut oil and process together until well combined – about 30 seconds
3. Blitz again whilst adding sweetener to taste
4. Once you’ve achieved a silky, ganache-like consistency, pour the mixture into a mason jar and store in the fridge. It will firm up considerably when refrigerated, however won’t take long to soften once left at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
