Honeycomb Brownie Skillet

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oat or almond milk
  • 50g melted @wellnaturallyau honeycomb milk chocolate
  • 50g @wellnaturallyau honeycomb milk chocolate roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 serve chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Pre heat oven to 175°C fan and lightly grease your skillet with olive oil
  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  3. Mix the cashew butter, rice malt syrup, coconut sugar, eggs and almond milk and stir to combine. Once mixed well fold through the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold together with a spatula, then add in the chocolate chunks and honeycomb if using them. Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading to the edges.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes watching closely because you don’t want to over bake! Serve straight from the skillet with a dollop of ice cream
